A Little About Me
I have been making photographs for over sixty years. My intention is to capture the best image possible. After many years of working with film, I moved into the digital realm in 2004. I sell photo greeting cards and prints at the Ferndale Arts gallery in Ferndale, California. I am a volunteer professional photographer for the local repertory theater and volunteer photographer and graphic designer for the local museum.

My photographs have been published in Shutterbug Magazine, San Francisco Magazine and as cover photographs on five issues of Urge, the weekly entertainment guide of the Times-Standard newspaper in Eureka, California. I have published a book of photographs and poems titled, Light Upon The Water and created the images for a children's book co-authored by my wife, Martha, titled, The Bear Family at Christmas.

Photography has been a passion ever since I received a Roy Rogers box camera when I was nine years old. I am still following that dream seventy-two years later. I truly believe that my best photograph is still to come. My desire is to share that passion with others by making my images available.
